Well, not quite, but for this girl, combing you hair could be deadly.
I actually heard this story on the radio this morning, but they quickly took the story down. Who knows how true any of it is. I'm actually more upset that I googled "evil hair brush" and couldn't find any examples of evil anthropomorphic hair accessories.
