Biologists and dolphins have created a new inter-species language

So are the humans learning dolphin, or are the dolphins learning human? Either way, this is pretty awesome. It also just backs up the claim by Douglas Adams that Dolphins are the smartest creatures on earth. I don't disagree.

I would love to talk to dolphins. Maybe find out some good SCUBA destinations.

Thanks Meghan for the tip!!!

In pictures, the animals we've made glow

OOOOOOOOOOOOO PRETTY!

In all seriousness though, how do we get me to glow in the dark? That's been a dream of mine for about a million  years.

Weed, Booze, Cocaine and Other Old School &"Medicine" Ads

Weed, Booze, Cocaine and Other Old School "Medicine" Ads

I love the old adds for Heroine, Cocaine and the like. Amazing that these used to be perfectly acceptable medical treatments, for babies even!

Don't forget to pick up some Asthma Cigarettes on your way home from work!

Check out this QR code!

QR codes are all the rage 'round the world, and the US is just starting to get wise. You can do a lot of stuff with them. In places like Japan, you see an add on a billboard and you hold your phone camera up to the code. Snap a picture or use a special code reader program presto, you've downloaded a ring tone, or been taken to a web site. Any of you with iphones and other fun toys, check out my QR code above.

Who Knew? Tasmanian Wombat Poo Turned Into Handmade Paper : TreeHugger

For my 100th post, I find it fantastic that I get to use the words Wombat and Tasmania together. Well, Tree Hugger got to use the words, but they are still really cool.

Oh, and this story has poo in it.
